Change of Scope/Location Audit - AS9100 Requirements

Is there any hard requirement in the AS standard(s) ( not contractual with registrar) for the time in which a "special audit" must occur? For instance if a manufacturing facility transfers the assembly process to a location that only has a Engineering scope on their certification. The scope must now expand to include manufacturing and there would be a physical location change with the co-location of the design and assembly operation.
I am being told the "Standard" requires it to occur with in 30 days but can not find this specific time constraint defined.

Thanks in advance.

AS9101D stipulates:
Special audits can be performed anytime during the certification cycle in response to one of the following situations:

b) in response to an organization’s request to change their scope of certification (commonly known as extensions to scope) or revise the listing of certified sites; or
Nowhere in AS9101D it says that it must happen within 30 days.

Having said that, the scenario you describe falls within the work transfer requirements. Some customers require "immediate" notification of work transfer and/or change of manufacturing location. For example, BCA requires
Change in Manufacturing Facility Location: The Seller shall immediately notify Boeing, in writing, of any change to the manufacturing facility location of the contracted part number or assembly.
