The legal requirements concern to environmental legal requirements only.
Have a column to explain your justification why an environmental legal requirement does not apply to you.
You are on a continual improvement track. If you have a good resource for information about your legal requirements, you will be cover well and early. If not then you will be covered over time. You are on a path for legal compliance.
