45 Minutes of Lean Training to many Suppliers during a Supplier Conference

We'd like to hold a 45 minutes lean training to many suppliers during a supplier conference. Would like to get your inputs which subjects would be appropriate to be addressed in that situation. The expectation is that the suppliers should have lean transformation for productivity.

I don't believe that you can do justice to the subject in 45 minutes, i would suggest either presenting a case study demostrating how lean manufacturing benefitted your business or focus on just one or two key areas where you think that the suppliers may benefit.

In one of our supplier conferences we had an outside agency come in and present their capabilities, but also they had a stand with literature and were able to talk to people during the breaks as well as before and after.

45 minutes, you can describle the improtants and serious of product quality which was effected

also, you can do training about quality realize or quality defects analysis tools

I think in 45 minutes you could do a high level overview of Lean and include a brief explanation of the tools.

But I think cutsdean is right, a brief overiew of Lean and an example would be best.

have you done any Lean Supplier projects? A generic review of that project and examples of the tools used would be very relateable to your audience.
