This poll seeks to understand how much effort is being put into inspection for comformity against inspection for prevention (yokeru poka) and system/process design validation , etc.

Inspection for comformity shall include finished/unfinished goods/service inspection, and subsequent reactive activities like sorting, rework, handling of complaint,etc.

Due to structural limitation of this poll, it tends to raise more questions than answering it, so lets drop a few lines here and start the conversation.

Hi Ernst,

I see that you got your poll going :agree1: .

We have a lot of in process inspection, aimed at ensuring a product acc. to spec. as well as a process running the way it should. Delivery inspection is largely automated, and as such not very work intensive.
