MU for a method using ICP-OES for Metals Analysis

Please, I am desperate. I have read so many guidance docs on this subject that my head is swimming. What I really need is someone who is familiar with the use of an ICP-OES for metals analysis to specifically tell me what is required for determining the MU. I understand generalities of MU. I understand about bias and repeatability, etc. But what I don't understand is how to apply all this to the overall MU for our method, which is water analysis of metals using the ICP. Is there anyone in this forum who is an expert on ICP and knows what information I should use for calculating our MU?
