Any good Intro to HACCP training would teach you this and give you a basic set of templates to work off of. There is no shortage of HACCP trainers and training solutions (on line). I know of several consultants that offer assistance on very specific questions like this. Another good place to get this inform in on Linkedin in one of the food safety groups. People are always happy to help and show off their knowledge.
Each company is different, in fact each facility is different and even each line can be different so you may need to have plans for each of the if the process is different.
