Saludos Cordiales.

Google Translate isn't perfect but here goes:

"Hi good afternoon my name is seed Barrera
I'm from Mexico and work in a company that
manufacture of tube and hose carts climates models
the toyota and we test processes and test
we ask the drawings is the roughness of the pilots assembled in the compressor of the car my doubt is that in most of the drawings
ask me to measure 6.3Rz example I use ISO 1997 R profile
with drawings from 2005 onwards and 2005 to back using the
iso1982 p profile correct?
if anyone can help me with this is the agrdeceria lot.

Yours sincerely"

Moderator note: Essentially the post in Spanish is asking for a Standard to use as a guide in measuring surface "roughness" of aluminum tubing in products his company makes for Toyota. Currently, he uses two different Standard versions depending on the age (creation or version date) of the engineering drawings. He wants either affirmation or correction of his method.
