Cl. 4.4.7 (Emergency Preparedness) Combined ISO 9001 & ISO 14001

I'm preparing a ISO 9001 & ISo 14001 combined quality manual for a corrugated outer and pizza box manufacturer. I've just learnt that, in the same building, they rent space in the warehouse and a manufacturing unit that proccesses food. Does section 4.4.7 have to take into account any emergencies that might occur in the food manufacturing company, which is owned by my client but not part of the project, for example their part of the warehouse catching fire and spreading to the stored outers

If the space used by the food manufacturer is not compartmentalized with respect to fire protection (firewall), it is part of your building and fire will spread to you. Therefore you need to consider it

OOh, I have a question from the ISO auditor: For emergency response, after the emergency has been addressed, how do you handle FOOD SAFTEY CONCERNS are upon re-entering the building...

Anybody have any procedure template for this?? By the way, we are a beverage company.
