Question 8.2.1.1 - Customer Satisfaction - How to satisfy the end requirement?

Hi all
At the end of clause 8.2.1.1 ISO/TS states:
The organization shall monitor the performance of manufacturing processes to demonstrate compliance with customer requirements for product quality and efficiency of the process.

-Do I can satisfy this requirement by process audit (8.2.2.4)? Because we also check customer requirements in process audits.

-What are differences between above requirement and process audit requirement?

Thanks in advance for your help.

A process audit could work.

I think you could also use quality test results to verify that the process provided a product that meets customer requirements.

In our business, R&D reviews the process sheets before they are sent out to production, and they review them again when the process sheets are completed after the job is done. They then compare the process to the quality test results. If the product tests out good and conforms to customer requirements, the process is deemed acceptable. If product fails, then obviously the process is adjusted.
