Packaging Material Requirement Calculation Sheet for a Bottle Packaging Line

Hi,
I need help on having a excel sheet automated to calculate various packaging materials required on a liquid packaging bottle line (detergent home care). You may consider all basic equipments for the packaging line starting from FOL (Front of line)- unscrambler, orienter, depalletizer, then MOL (Middle of line)- Filler, Capper, Labeler, Laser code dater/ Ink jet printer...moving to EOL (End of line)- Case packer, case former, case sealer, Palletizer.

Please see all packaging material replenishment patterns are considered.
Like -Empty bottles, Caps, Cases, labels, Pallets & so on....

Any support on providing a automated excel file would be highly appreciated.
