Salaries in Poland question - Quality Field

Hello my dear quality ferries !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Long time no talk - please forgive me - my fault!!!

I am here with need for help. I am looking for someone who works in quality department / field in Poland or close by in Europe. I got job offer in Poland and they are asking me for my desired salary level. Since I have not lived in Poland for many, many, many moons ( I live in US, NJ now), I have no idea what to tell them.

Is there someone here who could help me figure it out. I just need a range what a person with my education, experience could ask for.
