Production Trial Run Checklist or PV Build Checklist wanted

Does anyone have a good Production Trial Run Checklist or PV build checklist? We have all our quality documents complete but our plant is looking for some help identifying all the key items they need to ensure are in place to verify a production representative process.

Could anyone give a hand regarding this issue? I am also looking for good checklist related to production trials. I attach the one which I use in our organization. However, I would like to improve it since questions are not good enough. Please check it and maybe someone of you can find it useful.
