Does AS9120 (aerospace first article inspection) apply to all customers

I have been searching the forum and haven't seen anything specific to a question:

One of our Plastic distribution branches is in the process of getting certified to AS9120. We are currently ISO 9001 certified.
We have 5-8 aerospace customers that we supply plastic sheet, rod, tube, and vespel product to.

Are we required to implement the AS9120 requirements across the board (for all customers) or can we limit it to the aerospace customers only?

Thank you in advance.

If memory serves me correctly, there is no first article requirement for AS9120. That's one of the reasons for a distributorship to go for AS9120 instead of AS9100.

If you are certifying your company to AS9120 - which is for distributors and FAIR 9102 (First Article Inspection Report) is excluded or not applicable - then yes, you are required per your scope to comply with the requirements of the standard for all your customers.
