Determination of sample size for product audit

Dear all,

Concerning the product audit, does anybody has a clue for the sample size determination? Somebody said maybe ten unit, I have no idea what's the reason?

and if the samples are rejected, maybe I will make a second round sampling. Then what's the sample size for the second time?
