:) hello everyone,

Regarding auditing checklist for ISO 9001:2008, can i use turtle diagram as my checklist instead of the common format say "column 1: iso requirement column 2: check items column 3: evidence ......".

Is this acceptable?? am i not be questioned on why i used this format... for me
i would find it very easy, direct and simple.

There is no requirement for a specific checklist to be used during the audit. As long as the objectives for the audit are met, it does not matter. The results of the audit must be recorded, preferably in a format that should make sense to management, process owners, etc. Most organizations have a record format for doing this.
