Is anyone aware of any information on medical device registration requirements (if any exist) for Algeria or Libya?

Please, anyone can help me? I need to know if it is mandatory that the IFU of a medical device export to Algeria must have IFU in Arab. Or is it enough if the IFU is in French.

I know that the registration must be done by our local distributor, but for the export I'm not sure if the IFU must be in Arab or it is enough with the French. I know that the labelling must be in Arab.

I need this information asap.
