It is similar to ISO 9001. You get clues from data analysis (trends, etc), customer and/or market feedback, audit results, management reviews, etc.

External factors may include market trends, consumer behavior, technology changes, competitor behavior and clues from suppliers.

Thanks Harry for such a swift response.
Our first ext audit for 22000 is due in last of Oct and we are planing to show one month implementation. So how should I show continual improvement?I mean I have written procedure for this.Procedure is asking for VARIABLE CONTROL CHARTS etc.
Firstly we have data for one month and then how to do with charts.
