Hi,

I am looking for a 30-60-90 day improvement plan for quality and in this regard would appreciate if anyone could share the template for tracking the outstanding items. Additionally a MS PowerPoint presentation on similar lines would be highly appreciated.

I have a template for a 90 day monitor, I will try to attach it (this is only my second day here, so I hope I can attach it).

I am hoping someone can help me. My customer has requested a Quality Improvement Plan however we do not currently have any open issues so I do not think it is an issue related quality improvement plan but an overall Quality Improvement Plan. Unfortuantely I do not know what that is and every google search comes up with medical related plans. Does anyone have a sample of a QIP that relates to manufacturing? I appreciate any help you could give me.
