The requirements of an ISO 14644 Class 8 Clean Room

I am fairly confident that to meet the requirements of an ISO 14644 Class 8 Clean Room the only firm requirement is that it have less than 100,000 ppm of non-viable particulate of a size of .3 microns or less and that you must have monitoring, cleaning and maintenance procedures in place. Therefore if I could achieve this in my garage with a fan, I would meet the standard.

Is given as maximum of 3,520,000 particles/cubic meter no larger than than 0.5 microns.
