From TS 16949 to AS 9100 - Any Views, Experience and Gap Analysis Tool to share?

We are a TS-16949 company and are entertaining a new customer who would require us to be AS9100. From a thousand foot view what changes would our quality system require?

Any gap analysis from TS-16949 to AS9100 would also be appreciated.
