Educating Employees - Introduction to what quality is all about

Does anyone have any Powerpoint Presentations that I can use to give our employees an introduction to what quality is all about and what it means to the organisation. We are in the business of supplying carers in the community

Hi Bryan,

Did you mean "careers"? Or care givers, as in people who minister to the needs of the elderly and infirm in their homes?

Bryan responded in an e-mail to me that he was referring to care-givers, so any ideas?

For me, you can't beat Dr. Deming's Red Bead Experiment as an intro to quality. No, it's not PowerPoint, but it is a hands on experience that takes less than an hour.

Introduce employees to a business periodical that shows the differences between Ford, GM, Chrysler sales figures/forecasts and those of Toyota, Honda and a select few others.

Then show the news about closings and layoffs....

They should understand Quality when you get done.
