We are looking for some software for our complaint system. Currently we use excel and it is becoming hard to keep track of CAs - I would like a database type system with work flow so others can be involved in the process. What is out there and what are you using...

Bugzilla software for years and are quite happy with it. It is written to handle software bugs, but works great for CAPA. It already has issue description, status, discussions, etc. You can assign issues to individuals, track, chart, sort, send automatic reminders and updates, etc. You can add fields; we added "Root Cause" and "Corrective Action".
