Does TS still apply for Chrysler and Daimler

Its a little bit behind the times, but how can I prove that TS16949 and the CSRs are still a contractual requirement for the entity now called "Chrysler" and the other entity now called "Daimler"?

Was there some letter I missed? Is it in the boiler plate of the new POs?

Or maybe it no longer applies?

Chrysler is still a subscriber to ISO/TS 16949:2002.
Chrysler posted their CSR's at the IAOB site.
Look at www.iaob.org for the specifics.
