Can anybody give specific answer to my below questions w.r.t APQP?
1. In phase-2: what is the difference between design verification and design review? what should be verified and reviewed?
Pls explain in detail specifically...
2. During Team feasibility commitment, apart from Cpk requirements(1.33) what other requirements has to be discussed with supplier?
Pls list out specifically...
3. Important question:
If the customer has not mentioned the Program need dates (PND), then what is the APQP lead time? if there is no standard, what is the maximum lead time that we can take it up for product development?
4. After completing APQP activities and product quality sign-off, is there any procedure or process is there to review APQP again? if yes, what is the frequency and what has to be reviewed?
Pls clarify my above questions.
