Hi everyone,
I have been asked to prepare and present a problem solving class for a group of people that come from different manufacturing backgrounds (plastic, metal, assembly, etc....). I have done this type of training before but it has always been with a group that is focused on the same process. In those classes we have chosen a problem related to that process and worked it through various problem solving techniques with everyone having involvement. I'm hoping to get some ideas on problems that I could use that would not be process specific and woul dbe so general that I could expect to get everyone involved. Any thoughts?
Thanks in advance!
Lynn
