Is ISO 10015 still in effect? Seeking Materials - Guide for Training

Hello everyone.

Can any one tell me whether ISO 10015 is still in effect and where I can find FREE references to the guides?

I found some references on the web to ISO 10015:1999 and ISO 10015:2000 Guide for Training.

We are a training department, part of a larger customer services division. While we are trying to implement ISO 9000:2000, I found that some of the guidelines in ISO 10015 would be useful for our department review our current and future development goals, which might also help our ISO 9000 quality objectives.

ISO 10015:1999 is still effective & available from www.iso.org or your national standards body.

The 4-stage model is useful & similar to the PDCA cycle.
