With $5 billion in California tax payer support, (a few years ago when California had money to spend),

for development & studies, the best is or should be in California, USA. I wonder if the national limits on
stem cell research, or the flip-flop of national funding, might make a non-USA university, look like a better
location for some studies. I have to university specific data.
