Editable (MS Word/Excel) .doc .xls version of a Toyota A3 form

Does someone have an editable (MS Word/Excel) version of an A3 form they'd be willing to share?

I think there's some confusion. What do you mean by "A3 form"? There is a metric paper size that's called A3, but I don't think that's what you're looking for, although I think that's what fireonce thought you meant.

I don't know ANYTHING associated with Lean using "A3" as a type of form - I, too, assumed [A S S U M E ) OP was asking for a template for A3 size paper.

Not the prettiest A3 in the world but does the job for us. Cheers MG
