Training Documentation Programs for Training Records

I'm (due to a vacancy in the HR dept) trying to research some programs for training records. We'd like to go with something web based, easy to assign access levels (reports vs. actual input of records, etc.) able to easily handle records for 500 or more employees, compliant for our Quality, Environmental, and Safety training records. No, I don't want an access data base and we don't have the resources right now (because of an expansion) to put something together in-house. Does anyone have any recommendations? Why do you like it? Be honest, is it user friendly?

Thanks!

Re: Training documentation

I guess I will throw our name into the hat... Harrington Group. We have our web-based system HQMS that has a training management system in it. It uses a SQL db backing. Also managing access rights is pretty user friendly.

Is this something your looking at to temporarily put in place?

I guess PM me and i can get you some more info and a demo to try out.

Diclaimer: I do work for The Harrington Group, just in case anybody didnt gather that from above :bonk:.

Thanks,
