Dietary Supplements (Glucose, Fiber) Regulations in India

Looking for any information on possible registration of glucose tablets for diabetics to raise their blood sugar and oral fiber tablets in India. Are they considered a drug and follow the drug regulations? Any information or direction would be appreciated. Thanks!
