ISO 27001 Sample Scope Statement example wanted

All:

I would appreciate a template or a sample of a created scope for 27001 certification. I have been tasked with writing one and just would like to know what needs to be included. or more what verbiage needs to be included. I understand it is written to encompass what I am going to be audited on.

My only concern is that we are a division within a division and we are spread out all over...We are the testers for the whole organization.. One day all will be certified...

So any assistance you could provide will be greatly appreciative...Once my scope is written the rest of the work will be a piece of cake...
