and have not information involved production lots or date on the records?

I would be happy if you find then in your further search., however the little things said here in this thread can be made into some good presentation by you. Also note that a part of process validation is operator qualification and process records signoff can be effectively traced to qualified operators. The batch cards / routing cards / process tracer sheets / lot travellers etc.. (just some various names) have in them the provision to signoff / stamp at various stages of inspection. A trace back to a manufactured lot, which leads to the above said record, will get the desired result. In case of stamp use, an inspector when qualified to approve a process will be issued a number stamp and his qualification records will be available. This can happen when your production process interacts well with your training process.
