ISO 22000 Stage 1 NC's - PRPs not approved and Objectives not inline with Policy

Hi,
During the first stage audit ...two NCs are given
1. PRPs has not been approved by food safety team.
what I have to do for getting it approved? Get it signed ? or sth else

2 Food safety policy is not in line with food safety objective

How shall I document Food safety policy and objective?

Charu, Your PPRs should be aproved by your safety team, all members. signing the document for example.
you should enumerate each point of you Food safety policy and relate it with a specific objective. you don't have to relate all point of you food policy.

1. Get it signed

2. policy=>for company ex: 0 recall...
objective=>for department ex: B/C/P within less than XX times...

the objective must be measurable (5.2.f)
