Fulcrum Associates has been working with local aerospace suppliers for over 12 years helping them to adopt the various requirements of Boeing and other aircraft OEM’s. In doing so, Fulcrum has learned how to apply the aerospace requirements to various sized companies in a cost effective manner. For the last eight years, Fulcrum has conducted a monthly AS9100 Users Group Meeting to assist the aerospace community with practical implementation of the various requirements (D1-9000, AS9100, AS9102, AS9003, Nadcap). One of Fulcrum’s clients was the first in the Northwest to establish a fully integrated ISO 9001/ISO 14001 QMS/EMS Business Management System. Properly constructed, the ISO 14001 requirements can be fully integrated with the AS9100 requirements to form a seamless Business Management System.
