Linear Regression Formula with Four Variables to a Power Regression Formula

I had a linear regression formula with four variables and need to get it into a power regression formula. I took the log of each y and x values and ran a regression in minitab. This graphed a linear line and the points in the shape of an exponential curve. Is there a way to get a formula that will best fit those points.
