Spring Steel Wires - JIS 3560, DIN 17223 & SAE 9254 (JIS G 3561)

Dear Mr. / Ms.

Please advice what is the deference between the following two Spring Steel wires: JIS 3560, DIN 17223 & SAE 9254 (JIS G 3561).
And which one of them is more suitable for manufacturing a spring ring according to Drawing number 20397836002 & remarks which are attached? Application: in a crawl vehicle used as a crawl PIN'S secure.

These are all different types of material for spring wire material.

This will help you understand the difference between Japan, SAE, Europerian,
materials DIN/ now EN DIN 17223 pt1 or 2.

Please deceide which material and type is required for the type of springs you require.
