Looking for a General Medical Device Recall Flowchart. Can anyone assist? Thank you

There is a recall flow chart in my "Advisory Notice SOP" - put this term in 'Search' above. It is UK/EU based so not sure it is of use for US.

Are you asking for a flowchart for a local procedure for medical device recalls; or

Are you asking if there is a tool to determine whether a company should recall a medical device?
