Hi,

Can I get a spreadsheet (preferably MS Excel) which calculates the total number of air changes in the Cleanroom ?

Thanks,

The article contains the formulas so you can make you own spreadsheet.

Yes, the stuff you need is:

v = g/(x-s)

where:

s is the supply air particulate concentration in partilcles/volume
v is the supply air volume flowrate in terms of airchanges rate per hour
g is the internal generation rate in particles/volume/hour
x is room or return air concentration in particles/volume

Where I have "volume" this can be any volume measurement you want just keep it consistent, ft^3 and m^3 are the most commonly used.

Hi,
If all you want is to calcuate the ac/hr, then you measure the directly supplied airflow into your room, say in m3/hr then measure the room volume (m3), and divide the flow by the volume = ac/hr.

not sure exactly about the trace-ability but here's one i found...
one of the calculated values is airchanges...
