Default If there is no demands of (Cpk etc) limits on SC at PPAP?

Hello!
Have a customer that has not demand any SC measure on the PPAP.

We only do our SPC calculations etc on the SC measures? (wrong?)

How will you do?

Do you make your calculations and document them to your customer or do them but not document to the customer?

How will we do about the MSA methods?

What is the right thing to do?

Thanks..

The MSA issue is not relevant, you are supposed to perform studies on each type of measuring system in the control plan whether it is a SC or not.

In fact you should do every thing for each PPAP, the level only refers to the documentation that you submit to the customer.

Hope this helps
