Navbar problems - Reports here, Please

I just noticed there appears to be a problem with the navbar functions. I am investigating but initial efforts have failed to identify what the problem is. The forums may be down this eveing for an hour or two if I have to completely revert the board structure to try and fix it.

So far I'm at a total loss as to what has occurred. There haven't been any script changes or such that should be causing this and it started 'out of the blue'. The server has been rebooted - I'm hoping the server hasn't been compromised.

Reports here, please, and I'll keep you posted on anything I find out.

Oops - I think it was a missing tag from when I changed the Google ad in the sidebar. Sorry for the inconvenience. I sorta freak out when something stops working.

If anyone is still having problems let me know and I'll try to help - If you are it's probably a cache issue now.

I was going to let you know that I got an error message around 11:15 today. Then your site went away completely. The message said something like there had been a problem and the site would be back on-line shortly. It appears as though you know it.

Yeah - It was real strange. I edited the sidebar and was doing checks but I didn't add things up. I do 'stupid' stuff from time to time. I left off a closing tag and since I do a lot of mods I've gotten pretty confident that I don't miss many things like closing tags.

I rebooted the server earlier to see if there was some sort of rare server 'service' issue which is why the server went offline for about 3 minutes.

I apoligise for the access interruption. As you all know, an access interruption rare here - But it does happen a few times a year - Typically because of something stupid I've done...
