Quid Pro Quo European Legislation 76/769/EEC - Seeking the original legislation
Does anyone have any information regarding European Legislation 76/769/EEC. I am only able to find the 21 ammendments and not the original legislation. Any and all help is welcome.

It's all in the amendments or annexes. I think the original legislation were 3 or 4 articles and the ammendments added listed the substances.

I've attached the consolidated legislation containing the original directive and all the amendments.

I have searched the EU online and have found little to nothing regarding this legislation. I have found several ammendments, however, I have been unable to fine the original legislation. I do know that it is closely related to RoHS (2002/95/EC) but have been unable to draw a parallel.
