Oscilloscope Gage R&R - Laboratory Devices
I've made many tests on a laboratory device which measured the stall current on product. The device is an oscilloscope, the product with a charge on a lever which must move by an actuator,and a suport device. The aim of our test is to study the R&R variation on this device, but at all time we find that our device is not capable. Have someone experience on this kind of problem? and how they have solved these situation?

In this case I would suggest a thorough in situ uncertainty analysis. The information will take all parameters into account that will potetially or realistically affect the measurement, quantify them where possible, and ultimately provide a calculation of the error of the measurement in a realistic manner.

Interesting case. I guess I am tailing on to Hershal's post.
There sounds like there are a lot of variables mixed in with this setup. Not sure if all the variables have been clearly identified. Also, the statement the device is not capable is vague. The required tolerance can be too tight.
Actuators can be adjusted a multitude of ways. Is the capability surrounding the response speed, the travel distance, the rate of change, etc. ?
One might could study the system as a whole. I might approach this by segmenting each component, and studying it one at a time. It's entirely possible that a "desired" capability value is crippling the actual system capability.
