I don't know of a book, but if you do a search here in the Cove on Corrective and Prevention Action you'll probably get some good links to some great information. Real world information...and that's better than a book!

Daudi and Susan,
You may want to check out a book at Lulu.com by David Muchemu.
It is entitled,"How to Design a CAPA system for FDA regulated industries"
It a little handbook with very good information it.It helped me a lot.
