Please Help! ISO 9001 headings in Excel spreadsheet with all the QS-9000 sections listed

I'm setting up a "book of evidence" for the last QS9 audit we have coming up, prior to transitioning over to TS2 -- so I'm trying to find an excel spreadsheet with all the QS9 sections listed so I can set up a cross-reference.

I've already transitioned all of our legacy QS9 documents over to TS2, and what I was thinking I would do for the auditor is to set up a spreadsheet where as each of the QS9 sections are listed in one column, the respective TS2 documents would be cross-referenced.

Does anyone have such an animal, to keep me from typing all the information in? I just need an excel spreadsheet (or word document) that has all the QS9 headings listed.

Thanks in advance!

Default re: QS-TS Excel spreadsheet

Towndawg - it's not necessarily complete, but here is the one we used with company information removed. Hope it helps.
