Degree: B.S. in M.E., E.E. or Applied Mathematics.- Work Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ experience in Reliability or Maintainability engineering, preferably in the aerospace industry. Strong R/M analysis skills preferred.- Desired Software Experience: Familiarity with R&M tools or equivalent, and MS Office applications.

Senior Reliability and Maintainability (R&M) engineer to influence design, perform R&M analyses, develop Reliability growth testing requirements, manage root cause failure analysis and corrective action activities, quantify/assess R&M performance from conceptualization through development, manufacturing and field service support..Skill level capable of performing the following without supervision:Quantitative R&M predictionsSystem Fault Tolerance AssessmentFailure Modes and Effects AnalysisFault Tree/ Reliability Block Diagram AnalysisReliability Growth AnalysisMaintainability Timeline AnalysisSpecify Environmental Stress ScreeningSpecify Part Stress Derating RequirementsFailure Reporting and Corrective Action System (FRACAS)/ Failure Analysis
