Thank You! Standard Work Combination Sheet needed

I have searched the Cove and could not find a template for Standard Work Combination Sheet. Can anyone share a Standard Work Combination Sheet?

Thanks in advance.

Default STD Worksheet

Thanks for the reply. I suppose that I was not very clear in my request. I would like to "borrow" a template that someone may have that I am able to complete such as an excel document.

Default Standard Work Sheet

Hi. Are you looking for the SOE (Sequence of Events) or a template that shows the operations, checks, etc? Please clarify. I think I might have what you need - - but want to be sure.

Default Standard Work Templates

Just in case I dont make it back here any time soon - - I am attaching some examples of what I have seen used in different areas.

One is a standard work document - - the other is the first document that is generated in order to assess the process and help with the standard work generation.

Hope it helps some.

Default Re: Seeking Standard Work Combination Sheet

Does anyone have a template (Excel would be great) for Standard Work Combination Chart? This would be a similar to a time line chart of the data listed in the standard work combination sheet. Thanks in advance.
