Default Comparing what I do against Canada request

Hi there:

Im planning to apply for a resident visa as skilled worker in Canada. I have some troubles tryin to identify what I do, comparing against the Canadian List of Jobs.

First at all, I'm a Chemica Enginner with 10 years of experience. Ive worked as "chemical engineer" in the past but since 4 years ago Im in charge of the Quality Managment System ISO 9001 and Im charge to stablish Enviromental Managment System since a couple of months ago.

The problem is: My job as "chemical enginner is easy to find at: National Ocupation Classification List and with the code I can easily find it in NOC Main Site

The problem is: Whats my job last 4 years regarding that list? Im the typical Head Quality Managment System in charge of keep wrking the QMS, run the Customer Service Process, the Training Process and the Continuos Improvement Process.

Any idea?

How about "Actors and Comedians"? Just kidding. There is an "Engineering Managers" classification, which appears to be about as close as you can get.

No, to become a P.Eng, every engineer has to apply to the respective provincial Professional Engineering Association, get evaluated, if necessary write subject exams, interviewed for experience, pass (mandatory) law and ethics exam and obtain licence.
Eventhough it sounds simple, It is very long process For me it took approx 20 months.

See:

For more details.

Govind, P.Eng.
