I'm doing a preliminary assessment of lean within a vehicle leasing environment. Does any of the group have working examples to share regarding setup, management, measurement and presentation?

As you know we (in our Aditya Birla Group) call lean manufacturing as WCM or World Class Manufacturing. We do lot intra unit as well as inter unit competitions on WCM key concepts such as Kaizen, Breakthrough Improvement, JIT cases, VA/NVA study, 5S competitions etc etc.
Should I share these storis? But as you know I have limitation to attach the files.
