Not sure what you want in "templates". There are a lot of examples that have been published in the Cove. I hope I don't draw the ire of anyone, but, you should try doing some searches to see what comes up. (not knowing specifically what you are looking for) I think that there might even be some "full blown" quality manuals posted somewhere. One word of caution...if you are looking for something "ready made" that you can slap your company's name into, each of our companies are unique, remember that you need to document your system, not just some generic info. As our very wise, and most imminent host says, "One size does not fit all".

Hello Fetuga Adekoyejo and welcome to the Cove!!
SteelMaiden is right...if you do a search you will find lots of examples here. If you scroll down to the botoom of this page, you will find links to similar threads.
But I will caution you, what works for Company ABC will not work for Company XYZ. Your procedures need to reflect the way you do business, the way your processes work, how you meet your customer requirements.
I reccomend you find some examples, then modify them for what works for you.
Good Luck!

Welcome to the Cove!
You've been given some wonderful advice, Fetuga Adekoyejo. Your searches will give you some links to great sources of information.
I'm assuming that when you say "templates" you mean forms or checklists for audits and documentation and stuff like that. There are some amazing pieces of software out in the world that do just that. You could do a search on software here in the Cove and get more great links!
Best of luck!

If your going to be implementing these things the best way to gain knowledge of them is to do the work yourself. Start by going clause by clause and converting every "Shall" into a question you need to answer. That's your start.
