It's no longer really applicable for new implementation, it's to the 1996 version.

True, Randy, and thank you for pointing that out - But for example right now I'm auditing a company which is to the 1996 standard and many still are.

I hope you're offering to share a version which is to the 2004 version (preferably a .doc or .xls file).

On a similar note...

As part of our EMS, my company is intending to audit our "critical" contractors (primarily the waste haulers) to determine if they are properly handling our waste streams. I was wondering if anyone out there might have an audit template that we could adopt. I am sure this is an activity that is being performed by others, but have not been able to find any templates. We already tried to contact our environmental consultants, but found no leads.
